Compliance and traceability

Certification: PrimusGFS v3.2, announced audits, benchmarked by GFSI.
FDA compliance: FSMA Preventive Controls addendum. Zero open non-conformities.
Traceability: Lot code on every pallet tag and case label. FSMA 204 ready. ASN supported.
Cooling: Dry vacuum cooling to 33–36 °F. No wash, no water or ice contact, no wax. Onion is field-cured and forced-air cooled, not vacuum cooled.
Logistics: Mixed loads: every manifest carries at least 10 different items.
Position in the chain: Grower and packer, not a broker.
