Shanghai Mieu is a special Baby Bok Choy variety with smooth spoon-shaped leaves and pale green stalks. Like regular Bok Choy, it’s entirely edible and excellent in stir-frys, braised, roasted or grilled. It has a mild, sweet cabbage-like flavor.
